HEALTH INSURANCE:

TRINITY offers two medical plans: Anthem Blue Cross and Kaiser Permanente. TRINITY pays 50% of the medical premium for all employees and eligible dependents.

ANCILLARY PLANS (VISION/DENTAL/LIFE/LTD):

TRINITY offers 100% coverage for ancillary premiums. Employees and dependents receive comprehensive ancillary coverage, including 100% employer-paid vision and dental. Additionally, employees receive $100K life insurance and long-term disability insurance.

Additionally, employees can purchase extra life insurance for themselves and their families.

FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT:

Trinity offers a $500 annual contribution per employee to our Flexible Spending Plan, with the option for additional employee contributions up to the IRS limit.

PAID TIME OFF (PTO):

At TRINITY, we value your commitment and dedication. That's why we reward our employees with a gradual increase in Paid Time Off. You'll accrue ten (10) days in your first year, fifteen (15) days in your second year, seventeen and a half (17.5) days in your fifth year, and twenty (20) days in your eighth year.

PAID SICK LEAVE (PSL) – PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH LEAVE:

Every TRINITY employee will be entitled to five days or 40 hours of paid sick leave per year, separate from any PTO they already accrue.

RETIREMENT:

TRINITY provides a SIMPLE IRA option for all permanent employees (full-time and part-time, exempt and non-exempt) to assist in retirement planning. Employees may voluntarily participate, and their deductions to the IRA are pre-tax. Currently, TRINITY offers a matching contribution of between 1% and 3% per year.

SAFETY TRAINING:

All field staff receive initial 40-hour HAZWOPER training, physical exams, and annual refreshers thereafter.
